Observation and advice regarding individual children to identify needs and suggest interventions and inclusive strategies. Training for staff following this, with termly (or more frequent) follow-up obervations and staff liaison.
Individual coaching and tuition for specific children for SEMH and C&L needs
Group interventions for social communication and social competence
Training for staff in supporting and preventing behaviour that challenges using regulation and social competences
EHCNA applications and support with completing them and reviewing EHC Plans once completed
